“Cooper”

“Cooper”
Corporal Bill Cooper was killed in the line of duty 10 August 2016 while responding to a domestic disturbance call. Cpl Cooper had been with the Sebastian County Sheriff’s Office since 2001 and prior to that had been employed by the Fort Smith Police Department for five years. He was also a Marine Corps veteran. He is survived by his family and friends.

Running Clock: 2 person teams or individual

20 minute AMRAP: if performed as a team, alternate movements

3 power cleans 185/125
100m run w/med ball
8 Burpees
10 Cal Row/Bike
16 Goblet Squats 24/16
– Rest 5 minutes
1 RFT: 24/7/365 (if done as team both partners complete all reps)
24 burpee box overs 30/24
7 deadlift 275/185
365m suitcase walk (1 kb)
