6-10 Step Ups on Box With Barbell ( Back rack position)  Start light. ** Stack Plates for Smaller steps if needed

6-10 Strict T2b/ GhD Sit Ups X 2

50 Dubs

10 HSPU/HRPU/PiKe Push ups/** Strict HSPU
