** NO AFTERNOON CLASSES FRIDAY DUE TO IN HOUSE COMPETITION.. NOON WILL BE LAST CLASS OF DAY ON FRIDAY .

** ANY ONE NOT PARTICIPATING AND WILLING TO HELP JUDGE/VOLUNTEER PLEASE LET ME KNOW. ANY HELP WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED!!

3 ROUNDS NOT FOR TIME:

5-10 Strict Pull Ups  ** 1-4 Strict MU

10-15 Strict HSPU/ Push Ups on Dumbbells

10-15 GHD Sit Ups/ Med Ball Sit Ups X 2

10 Overhead Walking Lunges w/ Double KB’s or DB’s

 

EMOM X 21:

Minute 1:8-15 Cal Row/Bike

Minute 2: 10-15 Box Jumps (24,20) ** 30,24

Minute 3: 5- 10 Pull Ups. ** 2-5 MU
