30 HSPU/HRPU

30 Power Snatch (95/65 75/55 65/45)

30 Russian twist with med ball (over and back is one rep / scale with no med ball)

400m run

20 HSPU/HRPU

20 Power Snatch (95/65 75/55 65/45)

20 Russian twist with med ball

200m run

10 HSPU/HRPU

10 Power Snatch (95/65 75/55 65/45)

10 Russian twist with med ball

 

*40 min cap

 

*Optional Strength (after class)

5 sets: build to heavy single set of complex

1 snatch balance + 2 OHS
