Teams of 2
35 minute clock:
15 minute AMRAP – Deck of Cards:
*no jokers*
Hearts – Back Squat 155/105 135/95 115/75
(from the ground)
Spades – Push Jerk *same weight
Clubs – Box Jump 30/24 24/20
Diamonds – Diamond push-ups (sub regular push-ups)

– 5 minute rest

15 minute AMRAP:
20 partner medball sit-ups w/toss over box (20″ box)
20 Burpee box overs 24/20

 

*Optional Strength: (after class)
Split Jerk 7×1 (building to heavy single)
1-1-1-1-1-1-1
