Walking Lunge X 50 Ft

SA Ring Row X 5

 

4 Sets:

DB Front Rack Revers Lunges X 12-16

SA Bent Over Row X 6-8

Single Arm Overhead Carry X 100 Feet. (Right arm 1st and 3rd round, Left arm 2nd and 4th round)

 

 

In Teams of 2:  for 10 Minutes Alternate RDs
