** Please Put your Name on Whiteboard upfront if you can help This Saturday for Festivus. Any Help is greatly appreciated . Thank You.

** we will have a volunteer meeting Friday evening at 6:30 to review wods and set up.  PLEASE Be there to ensure everyone is on same page for words!!

 

Every 4 Minutes for 40 Minutes:

15 Cal Row/Bike

15 Wall Balls (20,14)

15 Burpees

 

RXd – 12 Reps

Fitness – 9 Reps

 

** Pick a number that keeps you around 2:30 Splits or better (definitely shouldn’t be over 3 Minutes,If so scaling needs to happen)
