**Judges/Volunteer Meeting @ 6 PM

EMOM X 12:

1 Power Snatch or 1 Clean and Jerk. (Climbing but not to a 1 RM)

** Working Mechanics not Super Heavy , should end around 75%

 

Running with “Grace” or “Isabel”

For Time:

800 Run/Row 1000

30 Clean and Jerks or  30 Snatches (Comp 135,95) (Rxd 115,75) ( Fitness 95,65)

800 Run/Row 1000

 

** Scale run to 600 0r 400

 

 

** Extra Strength:

Back Squat 5 X 5 (Across 60%)
