    Cody – 95, 115, 135, 165, 195, 225, FR 235.
    6 + 3 ring dips.
    This was a great WOD. I can’t wait until the day that I can bust out some ring dips. They really slowed me down. Pushing up 212 lbs is no easy task. Haha. But I guess that is my fault. Great job Crossfit 413. We are growing and everyone is getting better.
